We have been strengthening our international position for more than 20 years. Particularly noteworthy is the Corvin Promenade, an award-winning revitalization project, one of the largest of its kind in Central Europe, built on 22 hectares in the heart of Budapest.
Cordia is also a developer that is active in the premium real estate segment. We carry out projects in the most elite, prestigious locations in Europe. A prime example is the Jade Tower apartment building – a development located just a few minutes’ walk from a Spanish beach in the Costa del Sol region. Jade Tower provides a luxurious experience where even the most discerning clients will appreciate the high quality and quantity of amenities.
Cordia carries out projects in 5 European countries – Poland, the UK, Spain, Romania and Hungary. In addition, it holds shares in Argo Properties, based in the Netherlands.

Over the next few years, our portfolio will be boosted by further projects both in the cities of our existing operations and in new locations – in Sopot and Poznań.
