In Górny Sopot, on the plot at 23 Marca street in Sopot, the construction of the Leśna Sonata apartment building has started, which will be built right by the Tri-City Landscape Park. The work began with the preparation of the site for earthworks and securing excavations.
At the construction site of the Leśna Sonata investment, the underground garage and the foundation slab were made. On a solid foundation, 8 floors of the building will be built, in which 108 apartments will be arranged.
The construction of the Forest Sonata apartment building has reached more than 40% completion.

We have completed construction work on the final floor of the Forest Sonata building. We honoured this fact by hanging the traditional topping out on top of the apartment building under construction.

The facade of the building has already been unveiled. The final finishing touches are being made so that the completed flats can be handed over to their owners in a few weeks’ time.
Leśna Sonata has been granted occupancy permit! The first residents will soon receive the keys to their new flats.
